Every order placed on our websites are shipped either with a white glove delivery service or a curbside carrier, depending on what you select at checkout.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery means that the items will be brought inside your home and placed where you would like them.
Curbside Delivery
Curbside Delivery will be delivered to you home, but there will only be one delivery person so the pallet or boxes will not be brought inside or assembled. We will email you with the tracking number as soon as your order ships out, and the freight carrier will contact you to set up a delivery appointment once it is in your area.
**Please inspect all items thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt we may not be able to receive a reimbursement from the freight carrier. If this is the case, then we will not be able to refund your money and we will not be able to send a replacement piece. As long as any damage is noted on the delivery receipt we will be able to take care of the damaged item(s) very quickly.**
