RETURN POLICY:

If an item has no defect or damage, and you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return the item for a full refund minus any shipping charges incurred. Hobble Creek Trading does not charge shipping on any orders in the lower 48 states; however, if you return any item, you will be responsible for the shipping charge to our warehouse, in addition to the original shipping charges.

If you need to issue a return please note the following policies:
1) Call or email as soon as it has been determined that you would like to return your order.
2) You must notify Hobble Creek Trading within 7 days from the date the order is received that you are initiating the return.
3) All items must include the original packaging and must be free from any soils, pet hairs or damage.
4) Hobble Creek Trading can help to set up the return freight if necessary.
5) Any refund will be issued after the order has been received and inspected by Hobble Creek Trading.
